Just a friendly about our CrossFit classes: At South City, we work to keep our class sizes small in order to provide the best experience for our members. We ask that if you cannot attend, to cancel your spot at least one hour before the class starts. This helps to free up your space so other members may attend in your place. So, if you can’t make it, be sure to remove yourself from the class one hour prior or a $5 no-show fee will be applied to your account.

Our Foundations Course is totally design to alleviate the “new” jitters to help you ease into your fitness journey with South City. Once you send over your registration form, a coach will reach out to connect and we’ll talk through what happens next, together.

The fine print: While there are no contracts associated with CrossFit South City memberships, we do require a 30-day notice for any membership package cancellation. And, since are classes are designed to be small, with limited attendee space, we do apply a $5 cancellation fee to member accounts for any no-shows.

Servicemen and women, Veterans, Fire and Police all receive a 20% discount on any membership package. Be sure to ask us about our Household Special too. We grant a 20% discount for your household’s 2nd membership – great for couples and families!

    Foundations Course for Beginners • A must for all new CrossFitters! These two, one-on-one classes are scheduled on an individual basis where you and your coach move through the basics of CrossFit together.
  • 155 • Monthly Charge
    Unlimited Classes and All-Access Pass, includes all class types • This monster of a package includes an added 10% discount when purchased annually.

  • 120 • Monthly Charge
    8 Classes, includes all class types
  • 145 • Monthly Charge
    12 Classes, includes all class types

Class led by South City’s physical therapist, Jennifer Miller!

Every Thursday evening from 6:30pm to 7:15pm.

This 45-minute deep stretch and mobility class improves sport performance and overall daily movement. Classes begin with a brief, dynamic warm up to prepare for sustained deep stretching. We’ve got the mats!
