Farewell WOD for the Lebo's

This Friday, September 27th, we will be doing a Farewell WOD for the Lebo’s at 5;30 pm. Coach Erica and Eric will be moving to Florida! Words cannot express how much they will be missed, and the impact they have had on our community.
The workout will be different from the daily WOD. Be sure to sign-up on Triib!

At South City, we provide our members with an encouraging supportive fun path to achieving their fitness goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring. It should be fun, varied and done with friends!
