Max Reps Banded Tricep Pressdown (light band, high reps)
Rest 2 mins between rounds
* as heavy as possible as long as getting at least 12 reps no more than 15…but do not break up reps
*25 mins
WOD
15 min EMOM:
2 Push Press (80% of 1RM)
15 DU’s/ 30 Singles
* ideally you are cleaning the push press but if its too heavy you can use the rack
*score is rounds completed and weight used for Push press
