At Home Workout Subs:
Box Jump Overs – find something to jump over at home that is a slightly challenging height but doesn’t have to be near the box height you usually use or set up broomstick on top of something like a bench or ottoman you can jump over that.
Incline Push Ups- find a chair, bench, or couch to do your push ups on.
