Strength
10 min EMOM:
1 Squat Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean
*barbell preferred but can use DBS
*build weight throughout starting out at
50-60% of 1RM
WOD
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Power Snatch (115/75)
30 DU’s/ 60 Singles
*Complete 10 power snatches then 30 DU’s, 9 power snatches then 30 DU’s and so on.
*If no barbell can do Db Snatches (double reps).
*If no jump rope do penguin taps or toe taps to DB.
*If no equipment- Pike push ups for Snatches.
