NOVEMBER SQUAT CHALLENGE
3,000 squats this coming month. You can do Air Squats, Sumo Squats, Jumping Squats, Split Squats (Bulgarian with an elevated foot or not elevated) anything not weighted. You must be getting to depth, so if that means finding a target around your house to go to then you are encouraged to do that.
