These are important days in helping gauge where you are strength-wise, and to give you a baseline of how you should scale a WOD or if you should Rx. On strength only days, you should go as heavy as possible (with proper form). There is nothing wrong with failing a rep once you get to your One Rep Max. So come in, go heavy and be positive. *
