* On days when there is only a strength programmed, we don’t want you leaving the gym feeling like you had more to give or got cheated out of a workout. These are important days in helping gauge where you are strength-wise, and to give you a baseline of how you should scale a WOD or if you should Rx. On strength only days, you should go as heavy as possible (with proper form). There is nothing wrong with failing a rep once you get to your One Rep Max. So come in, go heavy and be positive. *
