Warm-up 3x
20 High Knees
8 Toe Grab Squats
8 Scapular Push Ups
8 Supermans
10 DB Burpee Deadlifts
16 Box Jump Overs
* For DB Burpee Deadlifts: with Dbs in hands go down to burpee, chest and thighs contact the ground, stand up to top of burpee w/ dbs.
*if no DB but barbell perform a burpee facing bar, then do a deadlift at the top of every burpee.
*For BJO: do stick jumps or any type of object you can jump over above 12 inches if no equipment for BJO, do Squat Star Jumps.
