* if your 1RM is old and the weight doesn’t feel challenging and form looksgood put more weight on the bar, this should feel difficult by the last few reps
* Rest 2 mins between sets
* 25 mins
4 Min AMRAP:
10 Alternating Front Rack Lunges (95/65)
5 Box Jumps (30/24)
Rest 2 mins then
For Time- Complete the amount of rounds and reps from Part 1 you
*cap for part 2 is 6 mins…should be shooting for 4 mins though
*score is rounds and reps and put time in comments
