2 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk @ 60-65% of Push Jerk 1RM
* reset for all 3 lifts, do not TnG
* work on drive under bar, not pushing the bar up for both movements
* 20 mins for warm up and all 12 sets
*rest :60 between sets
