Starting Thursday, February 4th, we will be offering a 4:30 pm class/open gym. The 5:30 pm is currently cancelled. We will still offer recovery class via zoom and at the gym at 6:30 pm.

3 Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Bar Over Burpees
12 Jumping Lunges
(10Min Cap)
*It is possible to finish if you scale weight correctly. 
*Right around 1:30 per round, if it doesn’t look possible to finish after first round scale numbers or weight back.
