Strength
E2MOM for 8 mins:
7 Front Squats
*spend 8 mins finding weight that you will be using for all 4 sets, should be challenging but not get ugly towards the end of the 4 sets (is that around 70-75%?)
Then E2MOM for 8 mins:
7 Push Press
