1 Push Press + 2 Push Jerks @ 70-75% of Push Press 1 RM
* 20 mins for warm up and 8 of the complex rest appropriately after each set, 90ish seconds

2 Burpees
…add 2 reps every time you come back to the HSPU for 12 mins
