Push Jerks @ 65-75% of 1RM PJ
* these should not be touch and go, take a second to reset at the shoulders for the next rep.
* 20 mins including warm up time to get to starting weight, can build within the percentage range for the 6 sets
*challenge yourself # wise if comfortable with the lift and your coach agrees
WOD
Every 2 mins for 10 mins:
6 Push Press (115/75)
8 Front Rack Barbell Lunges (115/75)
10 Burpees
* score is slowest round
*choose a weight and Burpee scale that is getting you 45 seconds to a minute rest
