If you’ve come here looking for the daily workout, you won’t find it today. Or the rest of this week for that matter. We said we would do it at some point, and now is the time. One week of secret WODs. We will not be posting the workouts for the remainder of this week.
Being a member of the CrossFit community is all about being prepared for the Unknown and the Unknowable. Always remember one thing, all of our workouts are INFINITELY scalable. The reps, the weight, the movement. Everything. We want you to come in and do two things. Work hard and have fun.
Look at it this way, now you don’t have to go to bed dreaming of thrusters. Or thinking about those wall balls all day at work.
