A one hour deep stretch and mobility class designed to improve performance in sport and daily function. Classes begin with a brief, dynamic warm up to prepare for sustained deep stretching. Please bring a towel or blanket to each class for support. Mats are available in the gym.
Class times will be every other Thursday at 6:30 pm. Recovery will replace our Yoga class. July classes will be held on 7/11 and 7/25 6:30-7:30 pm.
