8 Min “Run” = 50 Mountain Climbers, 50 Jumping Jacks, 50
High Knees (repeat that 150 reps for 8 mins)
30 min AMRAP:
5 DB/Barbell Bent Over Rows/ No Equipment- Situps
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
8 Min “Run”- 50 Mountain Climbers, 50 Jumping Jacks, 50 High Knees (repeat that 150 reps for 8 mins)
*If you have not been working out and the 30 mins is going to cause more damage than good then cut that time back.
