Re-Opening Update!
Dear Members,
We are so excited to announce that we will be officially reopening on June 15th. While the guidelines below may seem overwhelming at first, please remain positive. Together, we can get through this and focus on having our community back. We want to say thank you again for all of your patience and support during these times. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you! Moving forward, equipment drop-off days and times will be as follows:
Friday, June 12th, 6-7 pm
Saturday, June 13th, 11-12 pm.
Please drop off all equipment in front of the large bay door. If you’re unable to drop off equipment during these designated times, please let us know. Any personal equipment will need to be picked up during those times. No items can be left at the gym. We will continue to provide Zoom classes per request.
Our class schedule will be:
M/W/F-6 am
M-Fri-11 am
M-Fri-5:30 pm
Saturday-10 am
Sunday-11 am
Recovery Class on Thursdays at 6:30 pm will remain on Zoom.
There will be a six-person maximum per class. You will need to sign-up on triib before attending class. We will continue to add classes back as the weeks progress.
Gym Guidelines:
Fever and symptom-free. Symptoms include:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
No contact with anyone known to be positive.
No shared equipment.
No items left at the gym.
Do not enter the coach’s area under any circumstances.
No community chalk, but you can bring your own.
Disinfect anything you touch.
Wash hands frequently.
Only leave the designated area when approved by a coach.
No children or pets allowed in the gym at this time.
No water fountain and/or refrigerator use by members, be sure to bring water.
When entering and leaving the gym, you must wear a mask(not required during WODs). Stay on designated walkways. Find an open and numbered space, set all of your belongings in the area and remain there throughout the class unless instructed by a coach. For the health and safety of our staff and members, these rules must be followed. Failure to comply will result in the cancelation of membership.
