50 Burpees to Plate (split however they want)
then
400 Squat Jumps (switch every 25 reps)
300 Straight Leg Situps (switch every 20 reps)
200 HRPU (switch every 15 reps)
100 Dips (bench or box) (switch every 10 reps)
then
Buy Out:
50 Burpees to Plate (split however they want)
*if no plate burpee just do regular burpees.
