10 High Knees
10 Butt Kickers
10 Cat/Cow Stretch
WOD
50 Manmakers (DB preferred) if barbell = 1 barbell push up, 1 bent over row, 1 squat clean thruster
then:
800m Run
SUB:
Manmakers- if no equipment do 1 Push up + 1 Shoulder tap each arm+1 Jump feet to squat position + 1 Jump Squat
800m Run- Run out from house for 2 mins then back if you don’t have a route already. If unable to run and have rower
do 1000m Row, if Airdyne Bike do 4 mins on it at 70-80% effort if none of these options jog in place at home for 4 mins.
