For those of you who have consistently following our strength program, mark your calendars because our max effort lifts will be next week Wednesday(16th)and Friday(18th) the other two will be the Monday (21st) and Wednesday (23rd) of the week of Christmas.
Holiday schedule:
🎄Thursday 12/24-12 Days of Christmas at 9 am & 10 am. If classes fill up, we will offer an 11 am as well.
🎄 12/25 & 12/26-Closed.
