10 Up downs
8 Toe Grab Squats
6 Downdog w/alternating toe touch
4 Deadbugs (each side)
In teams of 2, follow the leader style:
For time
7 Rounds of
7 Pull Ups
7 Push Ups
7 Sit ups
7 Air Squats
7 Jumping Lunges
7 T2B
* Follow the leader style: P1 starts on the first 7 Pull ups, then as soon as P1 is done P2 follows by doing 7 Pulls ups while P1 moves onto the 7 Push ups…you can never pass P1 and it ends when P2 finishes the 7th round of 7 T2B
