Gym Updates:
Starting Monday, March 23rd, we will be pausing our strength sessions so that we can focus on workouts that require very little equipment. With the classes being small, members can social distance 10+feet. We are working one-on-one with professionals to ensure safety. For our members who wish to stay at home, we still want to do everything in our power to support you and to keep you active and involved. We will be posting at-home workouts daily with the gym workouts.
We will be removing the 6:30 pm class Monday-Wednesday until you receive further notice. Thank you for being so patient and understanding at this time.
