WOD
Teams of 2 AMRAP of 30 min:
10 Rounds of:
“Suffer In Place”
1 Min Plank Hold/ Push Ups
1 Min Handstand Hold/ Hollow Rocks
*Score is total reps for all three movements for both partners..so 1 number
*One partner does the hold while the other partner accumulates reps of the movement, then switch places and continue to switch back and forth for a total of 10 rounds. So each partner will end up doing 5 rounds of the hold and 5 rounds of the movements.
*Sub handstand hold for Pike Hold off the box or Hollow Hold if unable to get upside down.
