On Continuous Running Clock for Time: *35 min cap
Teams of 2: You go, I Go
20 RFT
32 DUs/ 64 Singles or hop overs
8 Alternating DB Snatches
*P1 does a round, then P2 , switch back and forth until 20 Rounds
Rest 5 Mins then
50 Burpees
75 HSPU/Pike Push Up/HRPU
100 Wall Balls/ DB Thruster/ Squat Star Jack
* If no DB for Snatches use barbell or no equipment grab any odd object that you can snatch (detergent jug, can of food, waterbottle filled)
