Warm-up 3x 10 Up downs 8 Toe Grab Squats 6 Downdog w/alternating toe touch 4 Deadbugs (each side) WOD In teams of 2: 30 min Amrap 20 Pull0-ups (split reps) 40 DUs / 80 Singles (each, one working at a time) 5 Hang Squat Cleans (155/105) (each) *Can split pull-ups however, both must do DUs or Singles and Cleans one at a time but does not have to be all 40 or 80 before other partner can go.
