100 Burpee Box Jump Overs
150 OHS (light)(65/45)
250 KB Swings
300 Ab Mat Sit-Ups
*Have to wait til clock hits the time to start the next movement even if you finish before the time is up.
*Split reps however they want between partners and goal is to try to finish reps within time allotment.
*If no box for BBJO do burpee stick jump overs or jump over some object from home.
* If no DB or barbell for OHS do weighted squats with an odd object from home.
*If no KB or DB for KB Swings do swings with an object from home
