*In the first part: Partner 1 does 10 reps of each, then Partner 2 does 10 reps of each, then Partner 1 does 9 reps of each and so on until 10 mins is up. Rest at 10 min mark until part 2 starts at 12 min mark and then Partner 1 completes 1 rep of both movements, then Partner 2 completes 1 rep of both movements, then back to Partner 1 doing 2 reps and so on….until 22 mins is up or you finish.
