31 DU’s/ 62 Singles / Plank Hold
20 Medball Cleans (20/14)/ Wall sit
*Partner 1 completes one full round of the three movements while Partner 2 does all the static holds, then switch. If rest is needed both partners rest at same time (one can’t continue to work if other isn’t doing their movement).
