Push Press WOD For Time: In Teams of 2 50 Back Squats (135/95) 100 DU’s/ 200 Singles 10 S2OH (135/95) 60 Front Squats (115/75) 100 DU’s/ 200 Singles 20 S2OH (115/75) 70 OHS (95/65) 100 DU’s/ 200 Singles 30 S2OH (95/65) 80 Thruster (75/45) 100 DU’s/ 200 Singles 40 S2OH (75/45) *Reps are split however you would like, but the bar cannot touch the ground unless you are changing weight for the next movement or doing a different movement. So if 1 partner isn’t doing the movement then they are holding their bar in a deadlift, front rack, or back rack hold. Dropped bar = 400m Run together penalty.
