*Reps are split however you would like, but the bar cannot touch the ground unless you are changing weight for the next movement or doing a different movement. So if 1 partner isn’t doing the movement then they are holding their bar in a deadlift, front rack, or back rack hold. Dropped  bar = 400m Run together penalty.
