Everyone who is new to CrossFit is required to take our Foundations Course. Foundations classes provide one-one-one introductions to basic movements, terminology and general safety used every day in the gym. These classes are scheduled on an individual basis and are your first step toward becoming a CrossFitter.
But, don’t worry. Just because you’ve completed this website form, doesn’t lock you into our course just yet. Here’s what happens: you send us this form, a Coach reviews it and then we reach out to you. We want the opportunity to chat, hear your needs and then make the right plan, together. At South City, it really is all about you!
