Reverse Lunges WOD 10 Rounds : :30sec on/ :30 off at each station. 30 seconds Thrusters (barbell, Db goblet, double DBs) 30 seconds Rest 30 seconds Alternating Back Rack Lunges (barbell, single DB behind neck, double Db on shoulders) 30 seconds Rest 30 seconds Mountain Climbers 30 seconds Rest *30 mins total *if no equipment Thrusters=Jump Squats, Weighted Lunges=bodyweight lunges *if using barbell I would suggest resting bar on back after thrusters for your 30 second rest so no time gets wasted bringing bar to back
