Single Arm Alternating DB Cluster (one hex touches ground receive in squat clean and go into push press to finish thruster, alternate arms each time/switch hands at bottom).
SUBS:
Box Jumps- Step Ups, elevated PVC or broomstick hop overs, DU’s x2/ Singles x3 or Tuck Jumps (no equipment).
Single Arm DB Cluster- barbell do clusters (light) , Med ball clean and press plate G2OH, squat push ups (no equipment).
