“Butts and Guts” 3 Rounds:
10 each leg Lateral Step Down (unweighted or weighted)
15 Elevated Glute Hip Bridge (weighted)
20 Banded Clamshells (each side) (light band)
25 Candlesticks
Rest 1-2 mins between sets
12 Min AMRAP:
30 DU’s/ 60 Singles
10 Push-ups
5 Squat Snatches (135/95)
*The snatches should be somewhat challenging, it is okay to do singles since it should be heavier.
*Shoulders will be getting fatigued from the combination of movements.
