1 lb ground lean ground turkey breast
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
3/4 c salsa, no sugar
Reduced fat shredded cheese to sprinkle on top
Cook turkey, then combine all seasonings and salsa.
Slice peppers into 4 boats, scoop in filling, sprinkle with cheese.
– I cooked them for about 20 minutes to try and get the pepper softer, I will probably add water to the bottom of the pan next time and cover with foil with will help them get softer. It was a very easy recipe. Warm-up 3x30sec
