Tis the season to be HOT! Make sure you’re staying hydrated. Keep in mind that the amount of water you sweat out during your workout should be replaced throughout the day or post workout. Dress cool and feel free to bring a towel. Also, keep your electrolytes stable. You can do this by using NUUN Tabs or simply adding in some Himalayan Salt to your foods a few times a day.
