18 Single Arm Db Thruster (40/25) (split reps in half per side)
24 DB Hold Flutter Kicks (40/25)
400m Run
*Db Flutter kicks= Hold Db locked out over shoulders with both hands each end of DB and perform 24 flutter kicks, make sure feet make full pass, shouldn’t just be flicking feet (1 foot=1 rep).
