* if unable to get into handstand on wall this is great opportunity to show them better scales than seated DB press for wods

20 min EMOM:
Min 1: 12 Pistols (do not need to be alternating)
Min 2: 12/9 Cals on Bike
Min 3: 12 Box Jumps (24/20)
Min 4: 12 KB Swings (70/53)
* if unable to do pistols, have them do narrow heel elevated on plate squats
* give yourself 5 mins or so to give pistol variations
