Alternating DB Snatches (50/35)
Russian Twists w/ DB (50/35)
*At Home Workout Subs:
Jumping Lunges- just Alternating Lunges.
DB Snatches- if no DB but KB/barbell use that, or any other odd object like a can of soup or something easy to grip, or No Push Up Burpees.
Russian Twists- bodyweight or use same object from snatches.
