It’s almost that time of year again. Last year we were unable to do the annual Hero Workout “Murph,” so we are incredibly excited to do it this year TOGETHER!
On Monday, May 31st class times are at 9am-10am-11am. We will make more class times available if classes fill. Be sure to sign-up on Triib.
We will be bbqing on that day as well. Feel free to invite friends & family for post workout shenanigans♥️
