Warm-up 3x
20 High Knees
5 Goblet Squats
5 Single Leg Deadlift (weight or no weight) (each leg)
5 Bird Dogs (ea side)
For Time: *35 min cap
30 Wall Balls/Goblet Thruster w/ one DB/ DB Thrusters (light DBs)
30 Pull Ups/ Bent Over Row/ Any Odd Object
30 Deadlifts (barbell/Dbs/KB)
30 Push-Ups
30 Hang Double DB Snatches
30 Back Squats (barbell/DBs(on shoulders)/Goblet Squats)
*Run 400m after every 30 reps of each movement
*if no equipment- jump squats (Wall Balls), Find anything in the house to be able to bent over row with (Pull ups), Good Morning or Inch Worms(no push up) (Deadlifts), Weighted Glute hip Bridge (Hang Double Db snatch), Weighted Air Squat (Back Squat)
*400m Run subs : 2:00 Mountain climbers, 2:00 DU’s or Singles, 2:00 Jumping Jacks
