Warm-up/5 min AMRAP:
20 Mountain Climbers
8 Downdog w/ alternating toe reach
6 Reverse Lunges (each leg)
4 Supermans
Strength-4 RDS
15 Romanian Deadlifts (can use barbell, KB, DBs)
10 Bulgarian Split Squats(ea leg) *weighted
15 Frog Pumps *weighted if able
Rest 2 mins
3 Rounds of:
3 min AMRAP:
4 Burpees
6 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35)
Rest 2 mins between rounds.
*Start each amrap over from beginning, score all 3 separately and look for consistency for all rounds. DO NOT RX +, this is conditioning and meant to go faster not heavier, the strength is where you go heavy today.
