For the first time ever CrossFit South City is having a “Take Your Friend to Workout Day!” Mark your calendars and tell all of your friends to come workout with you on Wednesday, April 27th. Classes are at 6am-10am, 4:30-5:30 and Open Gym from 6:30-8pm.
Your friends will receive the Foundations course and a one month unlimited membership for $100. As always, if your friend signs up that day you will be rewarded with 20% off your next monthly membership.
