Incline Push-ups
4 Rounds of Superset:
10 Seated Strict Press
10 Front Raise
10 Upright Row
BB or DB/Rest 2 min between sets.
120 Alternating DB Snatches
*Every minute on the minute: 6 Weighted Sit ups
(not starting with situps but after that first minute)
*can use the same DB for situps but if too heavy have a different one
for situps and snatches
*can use KB or plate for G2OH if no DB
*no equipment- 150/100 (M/F) Push Ups with same EMOM but unweighted 10 Sit-ups
