Min 1: 8 Chin ups or 12 Supinated DB Row
Min 2: 20 Alternating DB Hammer Curls
* if no equipment grab something from your household items (i.e. detergent for rows, and a canned good for hammer curls, do more reps if too light)
28 min AMRAP:
6 Deficit Push Ups
12 DB Box Step Ups (one DB)
18 Leg Raises over DB
24 Lateral Hops over DB
*Deficit push ups= whatever plates you have chest to the ground.
*If no Db you can still do all movements just with bodyweight. for step-ups, you can set up stick jump with broomstick and step over it and then move it to the ground or grab another one and use for lateral hop overs.
