2 Attempts *without setting the barbell down*
Strict Press until failure
Push Press until failure
Push Jerk until failure 70% of 1 RM Strict Press (scale as needed) WOD
2 minutes of Max Effort Burpees
rest 1 minute between rounds *must maintain at least the same number as the 1st round throughout,. Any number under that requires a 3 burpee penalty per rep during the 1 min rest period*
