Warm-up/5Min AMRAP
10 Alternating High Knees
10 Incline Push Ups
10 Toe Grab Squats
10 Superman
25 min AMRAP:
30 Wall Balls
15 Burpee Box Jumps
10 DB Leg Lifts (laying on back, DB locked out over shoulders and lift legs up and to DBs)
Wall Balls- light DB (no heavier than 15#’s) or just barbell Thrusters, Squat Jumps (no equipment)
Burpee Box Jumps- jump to a stool or step ups, stick jumps over pvc or broomstick that is secured at a height you can clear and jump over that after you burpee.
