Welcome our newest addition to CrossFit South City, Strongman Coach Michael Sidwell. Michael, will be teaching Strongman classes twice a month on Sundays at 9am. This class is free for members and a $10 drop-in for non-members. Come check out out his first class this Sunday, August 7th!
