*This Saturday, March 26th is Bring A Friend Day! Your friends will receive the Foundations course and a one month unlimited membership for $100. As always, if your friend signs up that day you will be rewarded with 20% off your next monthly membership. Class are at 9-10-11am
*This is the final week of The CrossFit Open. The workout will be scheduled for Friday during normal class times. All make-ups can be done on Sunday during Open Gym.
*The Olympic Lifting Skills class will be canceled this Sunday, March 27th. The class will be held this Wednesday, March 23rd during Open gym at 6:30pm.
