Barbell: 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Press + 1 Back Squat + 1 Behind the Neck Push Press
DB: 1 DB Clean + 1 DB Front Squat + 1 DB Push Press + 1 DB Front Squat + 1 DB Push Press + 1 Back Squat + 1 Behind the Neck
*all 3 reps should be TnG with a 1-2 min break between sets.
